The Phantasy star collection for the saturn is in japanese. I would like to know if anybody has been able to modify it so it can be read by english-speaking people.

Sega has done it. On April 1st, 1998 Sega released Phantasy Star Collection, a disc for the Sega Saturn that contains the games Phantasy Star, Phantasy Star II, Phantasy Star III, and Phantasy Star End Of The Millenium (PSIV in the United States.)The disc also contains artwork from the series and television commercials for the games.

I would also suggest that the next srp version have something to convert the languages of each region as well as change the region code. I wonder why they never released it in north america.
