Jul 9, 2009 - When you release a game that is effectively the ninth entry in what is already a stagnant franchise, keeping things fresh should be a primary concern. Capcom, however, seems content to drive whatever potential the Mega Man role-playing games had into the ground with Mega Man Star Force 3. Megaman Starforce 3 White Cards
After a lot of Googling, I've found a few things about this mod. It's called the Megaman Battle Network 6: Black Ace Crossover mod. Made by Brianuuu and Ahackerjack. It's currently in V9.1, and it looks like it stopped there. It's compatible with Cybeast Gregar version of the game. There has been no update to the mod or news about it since V9.1 was released in 2010, so I'm assuming it was abandoned. It looks like it was meant to be not a full SF3 copy, but just adding some elements like bosses, new areas, and battle chips to mmbn6.

It doesn't look like it's complete, but it's working pretty well for me. It's a bit buggy, and it freezes up sometimes, but it's playable and lots of fun. Definitely would recommend to anyone who enjoyed the series and is looking for more (just remember to save a lot.

It's the second mod from the bottom on the list, labeled BA Crossover Patch v9.1. Have fun with it, but don't expect any updates to it any time soon.
